Your home is wired with just one coax per room and you have a DIRECTV® dual tuner receiver. SOLUTION Model SWM8 and SWM8-Kit selectively stack up to (8) programs on a single coax cable. The stacked signal can be split to serve (8) single tuner receivers or (4) dual tuner DVR receivers. RELATED CONSIDERATIONS DBS splitters are required to divide signal to the multiple receivers. DIRECTV® approved SWS splitters are recommended to split the SWM8 output and to pass the 2 MHz control signals from receivers to switch. Model SWM8-Kit includes the power supply to power the switch and SlimLine dish. |
